3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit
- Full payment must be made before the departure date
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
3.2 Payment Terms

- Cancellation less than 15 days: No refund

4. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all required travel documents, including but not limited to:
- Valid passport with sufficient validity

- Vaccination certificates (if required)
- Travel insurance documents
- Flight tickets and boarding passes
We assist with visa processing but ultimate approval rests with the respective authorities. We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
5. Liability and Responsibility

5.2 Limitations of Liability
We shall not be liable for:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if you engage in behavior that:

- Causes disruption to other pilgrims
- Constitutes harassment or discrimination
